Horribly Managed and Organized
1. At 8:45 pm, my friends and I were still in the back of the pack, unable to gain admittance to see the concert that began at 7:30.
2. For the safety of ourselves, we left the end of the mass at 9:00 pm when we had already missed half of the concert.
3. General admission holders were not allowed to move over and were forced to be packed in a mass while missing the concert.
4. Meanwhile, the ticket holders who bought seats had designated lines with railings to accommodate social distancing.
5. Chicago is at a substantial rate of spread for the delta variant of covid, and there was no attempt for social distancing for us whatsoever.
6. There was no order, and when we asked employees for help, they did not know what to do.
7. The general admission entrance was a mass of hundreds of people packed tightly together, and many fans left having never seen the concert.
8. We’ve been to this venue multiple times and never has this issue. My friends and I never even got to see the concert!
